Re‑architecting U.S. healthcare demands speed, precision, and an obsession with details. Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health every day, versus every few months, we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate. The result: measurably better outcomes for patients and less administrative burden for clinicians.

Today, Cadence supports tens of thousands of  active patients nationwide. Our AI‑powered system and scalable clinical model enable proactive, population‑level care. We’re among the fastest‑growing companies in healthtech, and we’re just getting started.

The Cadence Solutions team seeks an Implementation Director to join our team. This person will be responsible for organizing and executing on all aspects of implementations with our newly-signed partners to launch a world-class remote intervention platform. You'll collaborate closely with nearly every team at Cadence and cross-functional teams at our partner organizations to instill confidence, build relationships and ensure a smooth and successful deployment of our product and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Beginning after a “verbal yes” and launching in earnest after a contract signature, organize and execute the implementation plan to successfully launch Cadence and grow our patient volume.
  • Identify and engage key external stakeholders necessary for the implementation
  • Conduct education as necessary for new stakeholders not engaged during sales
  • Develop and deliver content during routine and ad-hoc operational meetings in order to positively influence decisions favorable to successful implementation
  • Control scope, schedule and cost of the implementation
  • Kickoff and manage project plans
  • Maintain an accurate risk/issue log and ensure c-team and partner leaders are informed and make timely decisions
  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement matrix to ensure the partnership is well socialized and key operational and clinical stakeholders down to the “pilot” market level are engaged and excited
  • Collaborate closely with other key Cadence teams, including solutions and integrations, provider relations, partnerships, sales, executives, product, engineering, clinical operations and marketing

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3-5 years of implementation, account management or program management experience with, or within large healthcare organizations
  • Strong client management and relationship skills
  • Project management expertise
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working in an agile, high-growth and fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE:

We move fast, raise standards, and own outcomes. We hire drivers, not passengers – people who take initiative, solve problems, and sweat the details because lives depend on it. Momentum matters in healthcare where slow decisions cost lives. At Cadence, we set a high bar and back each other relentlessly to clear it. If you’re ready to do the best work of your career and make a real impact in healthcare, join us.

This role does not own the day-to-day management of the EHR integration — that responsibility sits with a dedicated solutions and integration support partner who handles the technical work. However, the Implementation Manager is expected to maintain close visibility into integration status, participate in relevant status calls, and proactively surface risks or roadblocks. Ultimately, the Implementation Manager is accountable for the success of the overall implementation, and the EHR integration is a critical component of that.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • Autonomy to tackle big, complex problems that matter
  • An opportunity to improve lives every single day
  • A chance to shape a category‑defining company at scale
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive total compensation and meaningful equity
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Remote equipment setup and home office stipend
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • 401K and 401K match
