- Own pod-level performance against key provider growth, ordering, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and APCM new provider onboarding goals, and partner with PRMs to develop strategies for underperforming providers, clinics, and markets.
- Translate performance data into clear priorities and action plans, and drive consistent execution of core PRM operating rhythms including provider onboarding, follow-up, clinic engagement, Salesforce hygiene, and field activity.
- Spend 2-3 weeks per month in the field with PRMs for provider and clinic visits to observe execution, provide real-time coaching, and support high-priority opportunities.
- Model effective provider conversations, clinic engagement, objection handling, workflow development, and clear order and referral asks in complex clinic environments.
- Identify and address workflow barriers that limit provider adoption or ordering, and scale repeatable approaches across providers, clinics, and markets.
- Build and continuously improve the materials, playbooks, talk tracks, and tools PRMs use to execute, partnering with Growth, Product, Care Delivery, and Partnerships to close enablement gaps as Cadence's partnerships scale.

- Demonstrated ability to improve performance through coaching, feedback, metric inspection, and clear accountability.
- Ability to travel regularly for in-market field coaching, typically 2-3 weeks per month, with access to a well-connected major airport. This is a remote, field-based role open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
- Preferred: RPM, CCM, APCM, chronic care, value-based care, ACO, digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical device, or specialty healthcare experience; Salesforce experience; and experience building playbooks, onboarding programs, or field operating rhythms.
