Senior Product Manager
Apply NowSixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day.
Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week.
We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of AI experiences within APCM (Advanced Primary Care Management) - our newest product line that makes healthcare feel effortless for patients. You will define and ship AI-driven workflows that automate and simplify core patient needs like appointment scheduling, medication refills, navigation, and logistics. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a highly visible and ambitious product surface that improves the lives for over a million patients by 2030.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for multiple AI-centered features within APCM, from vision through launch and iteration
- Reimagine and rearchitect traditional healthcare for the modern era with agent-powered patient workflows that advance primary care efficacy, engagement, and efficiency
- Partner closely with engineering, design, care delivery operations, clinical leadership, and patient success teams to deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality patient experiences
- Use AI and agentic tooling extensively in both product development and day-to-day execution, while shaping the right balance between automation and human oversight
- Drive product discovery in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem space by identifying patient pain points, defining workflows, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
- Measure and optimize product outcomes through experimentation, analytics, and operational metrics tied to patient engagement, automation, and care team efficiency
What You Need
- 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex consumer product experiences
- Strong product instincts and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and scalable workflows
- Deep interest in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems, with excitement for building AI-native user experiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and regulated stakeholders
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and limited structure
