Growth Marketing Intern

Sixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day.

Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week.

We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Intern to build the testimonial content engine that brings Cadence's impact to life for health systems, providers, and patients. This role owns the end-to-end process of identifying, reaching, interviewing, and producing patient and provider stories that make the case for proactive chronic care. You will work directly with the marketing team to turn real patient and provider experiences into assets that support health system partnership conversations, provider adoption, and patient engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and contact patients and providers who are strong candidates for Cadence testimonials, using approved outreach workflows, scripts, and documentation processes.
  • Conduct and record testimonial interviews with patients, providers, and internal team members, following Cadence's consent, privacy, and compliance requirements at every step.
  • Use Descript to produce transcripts, organize recordings, and deliver first-cut edits for marketing team review.
  • Partner with the marketing team to surface strong quotes, storylines, and moments that support health system, provider, and patient-facing marketing materials.
  • Organize testimonial assets in Google Drive so they are consistently structured and easy for the team to locate and deploy.
  • Apply AI productivity tools to improve testimonial engine workflows, including outreach tracking, transcript review, and content distribution.
  • Coordinate with design to produce finished testimonial assets and support distribution across Cadence's owned channels.

What You Need

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in marketing, communications, content production, journalism, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct warm, professional conversations with patients and providers by phone.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, including experience maintaining trackers, project plans, or structured file systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite - including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail - and the ability to learn new tools quickly, including phone systems, recording platforms, and AI-enabled editing software.
  • Good judgment when handling sensitive information, following approved processes, and operating within compliance and privacy workflows.
  • Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.
