Voice agents allow patients to make appointment changes immediately, without spending time in a call queue. Automating this frees our Patient Success specialists to focus on more complex, higher-touch patient needs.

The agent performs technical troubleshooting with a patient to diagnose their device issue, then helps them resolve it on the spot. Once resolved, it confirms their vitals were received so that the Cadence care team can monitor their health.

A transcript review system that analyzes patient calls and surfaces meaningful wins to care teams and providers. It recognizes improved medication adherence, peace of mind from catching an alert, or early detection of a serious episode, helping providers stay up-to-date with their patients' progress.
